Chompr Terms of Use

These Terms of Use («Terms») govern your access to and use of the Chompr mobile application («App», «Service»), owned and operated by Mint Rocket LLC («Chompr»,«we», «our», «us»). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals of legal age in their jurisdiction who are capable of entering into binding agreements and have no medical restrictions preventing changes to diet or lifestyle. The App is not recommended for:

  • Individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, eating disorders, or allergies without consulting a physician.

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals without prior medical consultation.
2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or make the App available to third parties without our prior written consent

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App

  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices

All rights not expressly granted remain with Chompr.

3. Service Description

The App provides features including:

  • Food recognition via photos

  • Calorie, protein, fat, and carbohydrate tracking

  • Nutrition diary analysis

  • Personalized AI-powered assistant

  • Goal setting and progress tracking

  • Statistics and data visualization

Some features are available only through a paid subscription. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.
4. No Account Required

The Service does not require account registration. All user data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. If account functionality is introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.
5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Chompr offers monthly and annual subscriptions via the App Store, with a 3-day free trial for the annual plan.

  • Payments are processed by Apple; their terms and privacy policy apply.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.


  • Prices may change; continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
6. Health and Nutrition Disclaimer

  • Chompr is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

  • Information provided in the App and via the chatbot is for educational and informational purposes only.

  • You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided, and should consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.


  • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (e.g., weight loss, improved health, or body composition changes).
7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the App — including but not limited to software code, graphics, text, images, videos, databases, algorithms, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and trade dress — are owned by Mint Rocket LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided «as is» and «as available» without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the Service.

  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate or interact with third-party services (e.g., analytics tools, payment processors, AI service providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Apple App Store Terms

If you access the App via the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and Mint Rocket LLC, not Apple.

  • Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations, and if unresolved, through the competent courts at our registered location.
12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
13. Modifications to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The «Effective Date» above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
